Daydream Koffucha: Sparkling Probiotic Coffee
Heard of Daydream Koffucha? We’re gonna make the assumption that you’ve heard of coffee before, most people have by now. What about kombucha? Not quite as common!
Kombucha is a fermented, very slightly fizzy sweetened tea drink, most often drunk by super-healthy people who swear by it’s health benefits.

So what about Koffucha? Ever heard of that before? (And no, it’s not a swearword, but try using it instead of other naughty words you might normally use, and see if you get away with it). Koffucha is quite simply a blend of coffee and kombucha. That’s it.
Is Daydream Koffucha the Champagne of Coffee?
We had our attention drawn to this rather tasty looking product called Daydream Koffucha. Daydream Koffucha was founded by a guy called Dalton Honore from Louisiana, USA. He likes his coffee, but has a bit of a caffeine sensitivity.
Daydream was born out of a desire to create a coffee drinking experience that would give him focus and energy without the usual crash.
“What started out as a journey to redefine coffee quickly turned into a much larger journey with a much larger purpose. Our inbox and DMs were flooded with people from all backgrounds telling us how much more productive they were after switching from their morning coffee to a morning koffucha. A counterintuitive idea, the notion that more caffeine made people less productive. This discovery led us to a revolutionary thought: People are better not when they strive for more, more, more, but instead are better when they strive for balance.”
What we were draw to was the beautiful packaging, with it’s bold yet muted colours and styling. It was designed by Enrique Puerto & Adrià Tañà.
Daydream Koffucha is available in three flavours:
Original: “A perfect start to the morning. Our original is a light, aromatic brew that captures the true essence of what Koffucha is.”
Lavender Grapefruit: “The citrusy refreshing taste of grapefruit with the calming aroma of lavender. Our lavender grapefruit is subtle yet sophisticated.”
Pineapple Mango: “All the amazing flavors of summer wrapped into one can. Pineapple Mango is a tropical blend of cold pressed pineapple, mango, and naval orange.”
