Costa Coffee is officially the Nation’s Favourite Coffee Shop (for the 11th year running)
In Allegra’s annual survey of more than 5,000 UK consumers, the British public has named their favourite coffee shop – and Costa’s grabbed the top spot again, for the 11th year running!

Was that an understatement? Whilst Covid-19 has been devastating for the UK branded coffee shop chains, those who have played their cards right have come up with an ace in their hands.
More than half of the UK consumers surveyed chose their coffee shop based on their Covid-19 safety measures. Contactless payment, social distancing markers and hand sanitisers were all key concerns for those surveyed, and Costa has bossed off all them, using them right across the nation.
