It’s unique, flexible and customisable
The new Soul Coffee machine is a thing of beauty. Gone is the old plain black design, and in its place is a choice of colours and user interface options.
It’s intended to be used in restaurants, hotels, fuel stations, convenience stores, luxury lounges and high-end offices.
You can have a choice of two models
The Schaerer Soul 10: “the star behind the bar”
Both machines are exactly the same under the hood, with the main difference being the size of the display. The Coffee Soul 10 offers a 10.4-inch display and it is great in commercial kitchens or behind the bar. In addition to this, it has a “staff mode” which makes the machine quick and easy to operate. As a result, it makes a very reliable and quick preparation of high-quality coffee drinks.
Schaerer Coffee Soul 12: Born to be Seen
The Schaerer Coffee Soul 12 is the glitzy big brother (or sister) of the Soul 10 and features a whopping 12.1-inch display. What’s more, it’s designed for self-service and can also play videos when not in use for advertising or promotions. It’s also got some stunning colour details and comes with additional lighting features for that extra bit of eye-candy-factor. This means it’s not going to sit unnoticed!
One Schaerer Coffee Soul, three interfaces
Every Soul comes with three different interfaces by default:
1: Guest Mode
This is a user-friendly guided selection of individualised drinks. As a result, it’s perfect for self-serve environments
2: Frequent User Mode
This is great for offices or for frequent users who know how they want their drink and want to be able to tweak it exactly how then want it, every time. A dash more milk in your cappuccino? Done.
3: Staff Mode
For efficient preparation and maximum speed, the drinks are all pre-set and ready to go.

Hot & Cold Drinks
Following the trend for summer drinks, the Soul produces both hot and cold drinks, great for expanding your drinks menus or seasonal offerings.
Best Foam™ Milk Technology
Arguably one of the best milk systems on the market today, the Best Foam™ technology from Schaerer makes “barista level” drinks automatically. Hot or cold, smooth or creamy, firm or liquid, no problem. Just don’t expect latte art yet.
Flavour Point Syrup Station
The Flavour Point complements the hot and cold drinks, offering you up to four syrup flavours. Perfect for making strawberry milkshakes, chocolate orange, vanilla latte; you name it, it will do it.
Twin Milk Options
The Soul expands your coffee range by offering two different milk types, for example whole milk and skim milk, each with a good size 4.5 litre capacity. This means that it’s technically able to have a dairy and non-dairy option although there are potential contamination issues.
Up to Three Coffee Blends
If you forgo one of the powder canisters you can have up to three canisters for three different coffee blends. Each canister has its own precision, slow running grinders.
Powder Canisters
The powder canister offers even more choice, and is expands the range of drinks by offering two different powders. White hot chocolate anyone?
Simultaneous Water and Coffee
The Schaerer Soul has three boilers which means you can dispense coffee and hot water simultaneously.

The new Coffee Soul price is £12,000 – £14,000 depending on specification and distributor pricing.
