We’ve only just written about a coffee that leaves you with minty-fresh breath, and now we’ve got something else to share with you: Coffee Chewing Gum.

Let’s get something straight: it’s not just coffee flavoured gum, it’s actually made from real coffee and contains caffeine.
Liquid CORE Gum Company is a company based in Colorado who specialises in “functional gum”. This product is the latest in their range and it boasts a unique “Signature Liquid Center Functional Delivery System”. (For the less techy among us, that means gooey in the middle) which releases coffee as you start chewing.
The magic, therefore, happens as you keep chewing: “Life’s Gum® Coffee™ transitions magically from a rich coffee flavor to a minty taste that freshens your breath and cleans your teeth”.
Scott Schaible, Liquid CORE’s COO says “It tastes like coffee because it’s infused with real coffee and caffeine derived from coffee beans. Minty fresh breath is always better than coffee breath, so we simply took care of that. There are times when it isn’t practical to drink a cup, like heading to a workout, or a long drive when restroom breaks are not convenient. We wanted to capture the ritual of coffee for the handful of times when drinking your favorite coffee isn’t practical.”
We’re not 100% convinced this is going to replace our coffee. In fact it won’t. But it could be a very handy little coffee boost when it’s most needed. But most of all: Old, boring sales reps with stale coffee breath: This product is for you.
